Other People’s Food

I thought it would drive me crazy to have to see other people eating “real food”. The first couple of days, I would start to crave whatever it was anyone else was eating. The smell of the food in the air is also tempting. What I find helpful is reminding yourself that you aren’t starving yourself, you can have as much of the food as you need provided you don’t get full. Also, simply preparing good food will help. The diet generator gives you a starting point, but its really up to you how you prepare your food. I would add some herbs and spices to fish to spice it up. Mixing up different kinds of vegetables also makes it more interesting. I tried to make my food taste good but I made a conscious effort to reduce oil, salt, and over processed ingredients.
