Taking Time Out of Work
I have a busy work schedule and work long hours. That means I have to eat three of my meals at the office every day. Its easy to get side tracked and miss a meal, so to prevent myself from slipping, I programmed the calendar on my phone to buzz me whenever I had to eat. The good thing about some of the food in the diet is that you can eat it from your desk. A good example is the macadamia nuts and cottage cheese. I usually just pull it out of the fridge and eat it while I’m taking an iTunes listening break.
