My Goals
When I embarked on the first of my Life Coach training Modules last year in Colorado, one of the most important things that I went away with is the importance of setting well defined goals. The power of a Well-Formed outcome is already Half of the battle Won, with a clear as can be map of what lies ahead… Setting ourselves up this way, aligns those nagging desires and true intentions of weight loss towards a focused path. That is why the setting the blueprint for well defined goals is crucial. My Goals: Short Term- To lose 7 lbs in this 11 day “Fatloss4Idiots” diet. I know they claim 9 lb’s which is pretty ambitious to me. But when I spent all that time researching prior to this journal experiment, I found that many people were getting closer to 6lbs in the 11 days. Target weight in 11 days : 226.5 lbs. on March 28, 2009 Mid Term- In 30 days, On April 18 2009, I’m scheduled to attend the annual music festival “Coachella”. By that time, with what i’ve reviewed so far in the program, my goal is to shed 5 lbs every 10 days. I will measure my progress before the frestival, with a goal of being 216 lbs. This is realistic to me, where I’m taking what I know in regards to what’s possible with the proper dieting, discipline and activity. This is a busy month for me in my Job, and you may have noticed that I didn’t include a rigid fitness plan within all this. For now I want to test the significance of the “4 Idiots” Diet, and the “calorie shifting” effect in this Diet Program without heavy reliance on Cardio or Weight Training
